Flowline Industries Inc. was a valve manufacturing company with operations in Calgary, Vancouver and Aberdeen, Scotland. The company serviced a variety of domestic and international customers primarily in the oil & gas and pulp & paper markets.
StoneBridge invested in Flowline in December 1997 and concurrently arranged investments by institutional and high net worth investors which facilitated the buyout of a minority shareholder. We directed the company’s financial matters including an active role in preparing the company for its sale to Nutron Manufacturing in August 1999.
Michael Lang served as Director of the corporation and Gary Lang was the lead from the StoneBridge group working with management.
