Rod Maxwell, CA, CBV
Before co-founding StoneBridge in 1996, Rod gained broad experience with mid-market public and private companies across a variety of industries as a Partner at KPMG Chartered Accountants. He provided financial advisory services in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta, as well as the Wellington, New Zealand office.
Rod has been actively engaged with our investee companies as a board member and lead from the Stonebridge group. His role has been focused on working with senior management teams to develop business strategies that capitalize on market opportunities and investee companies’ core strengths, combined with the development of best-of-breed business practices.
With strong core values, a customer focus, and an execution strategy, Rod assists investee companies in becoming positioned to outperform the competition.
Rod holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Accountant, and is a member of both the Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants. In addition, Rod is a Chartered Business Valuator and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.
